El equipo de trabajo de Roots, de Greenpeace Internacional, lanza una formación on line de Organización Colectiva (Building Blocks for organizers) de 4 semanas de duración.
Las inscripciones ya están abiertas y la formación comenzará el sábado 18 de junio a las 08:00 UTC, y durará hasta el sábado 9 de julio.

La Formación está diseñada como una introducción básica a la organización colectiva para movilizadores/as que busquen mejorar sus herramientas. Podéis inscribiros rellenando el siguiente formulario
Constará de sesiones on line semanales, tutorías y se les asignará un ejercicio práctico para aplicar lo que están aprendiendo durante el curso.
1. Why Organizing Matters: The principles and practice of organizing. This session is meant to establish a baseline of understanding for participants of what organizing is and why it is essential in our movement work, as well as what our process and approach are as organizers.
2. Radical Listening, Understanding your Audience, and Storytelling. This session focuses on three interrelated key pillars of organizing. We work through the role that active (or radical) listening plays in organizing, as well as how we understand and see our audiences within our community. We also cover storytelling as a valuable tool of any organizer, and how our story is a way for us to connect with our constituency and audience.
3. Relationship Building & Outreach. In this session, we get into the practice of conducting outreach and how we build relationships in our community in order to break out of the echo chamber and maximize reach
4. Building Leadership & Retention. In the final session, we cover the value of building leadership in others as a function of organizing. We discuss the importance of identifying, building, and supporting
